Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Death icons are no longer colour-coded based on the death the player has experienced.

Previously the skull icons were colour-coded: White for natural/old age deaths, green for diseases, red for slain in battles and murders, and blue for "mysterious disappearances".

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have characters die from the different types of death and observe their skull icon in the dynasty tree or the character screen. (IE Secret murder should be blue as was in 1.5.0.2 and older, but appears white in 1.5.1; exposed murder should be red; disease should be green; etc etc)

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have attached a save file that easily shows the main types of deaths. They are coloured correctly in 1.5.0.2, but with the skull icon change in 1.5.1 the colouring is all "white", as if they died all from natural deaths.

Also look at the screenshots where I compare 1.5.0.2 and 1.5.1. If you don't understand the issue, those screenshots should explain what I'm talking about. A picture is worth a thousand words.
