Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Sometimes blue(diplomacy?) events that have a notice at the top of the screen, will duplicate and spam the top of the screen with the same notification for the same event. Indulgences are my most common blue event, so it happens most frequently with that. When resolving the event, the duplicate notifications go away.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play for a while and observe an indulgence request appear and then spam the notifications in the top for the same event. This does not happen every time. Maybe 1 out of 10 or 1 out of 20 times.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
