Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After the unification of Britain, when playing for the Irish, there is event, that give to the player 10 years of accelerated change of nation in the provinces on the islands. Increased speed should be +1000%, but in reality it's only +100%. Before event culture covertion cost approximatly 4 years in game, after - 2 years.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just unite Britain and activate this event.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Either the acceleration should correspond to the specified one or the event time should be increased, otherwise during the duration of the event, even with a very good advisor, you can change cultures in 5 provinces instead of two. It's about nothing.
