Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I attempted to Fabricate a hook against my liege and failed, causing me to gain the Attempted Murder modifier on him and his family. This has happened twice this playthrough.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Scheme against your liege and get found out

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Perhaps playing on Ironman?

I got this as well. Except in my case I was attempting to fabricate a hook on one of my vassals.
