Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I looked for secrets at my court until I found a Weak Hook on Ximena Nunez de Amaya.

I then used the Fabricate Hook action on this character, and after 12 months of scheming, the event doesn't fire, and the Scheme stays at "Ready" status.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as King Alfonso VI, search secrets for weak hooks, and then fabricate a hook.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
