Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As I understand it, according to the WIki, this decision was originally meant to work like this:
You have a Strong Hook on your Liege, who holds the Holy Roman Empire
OR
Your Liege, who holds the Holy Roman Empire, is of your Dynasty
How it works right now (according to 80_major_decisions_middle_europe):
You have a Strong Hook on your Liege, who holds the Holy Roman Empire
AND
Your Liege is NOT of your Dynasty
But: the condition still says "The ruler of the Holy Roman Empire belongs to the [DYNASTY]" when it's fulfilled.
Either revert to original OR-condition or adjust the text of the Dynasty-condition.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as Duke Ernst of Austria in 1066
Condition "The Ruler of the Holy Roman Empire belongs to the Luitpolding dynasty" shows as true, despite not being true
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have attached a save game
No
