New game after Royal Court. NOT an old save from before the DLC

happening to me too with my current save, with the same exception stack, but only if loading the save directly from the launcher with the "resume" button. starting the game with the "play" button to get into the main menu and then loading the save or continue works...

Same. But from the menu is maybe 50/50 for me.
