Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When you invite a character to your court (I've specifically noticed it with family members) the game also gives you a "Courtier Left" notification.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Invite a character to court and look at the message feed.

Here is a save file where it happens for me. Let the befriend Kalac scheme finish (successfully) and then invite him to your court - you get the double notification of him joining and leaving. Thankfully he stays! No mods, corvus, windows.
