I keep getting this event even though the "attacker" is my vassal (or sometimes ally) and can't raid.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

So this just happened to me again the other day. Can we get confirmation on if this is a bug or not?

I forgot to mention this but this issue extends to independent but allied realms.

This has happened to me twice on starter games, playing Daurama Daura, where my spouse has raided me, despite us being allies. I assume this is part of the bug?
