Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The right click menu item "grant title" has a an incomplete tool tip. It tries to explain why no title can be granted but it just says "All of these:"
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Right click a female character where no title can be granted (the menu item is greyed out) and wait for the tool tip to appear.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
