Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The Guanche culture got the same innovation template as Baranis which means it is in the Early Medieval era and has 21 total innovations by 1066 when similar stone age cultures are still in the tribal era and got no more than 3-5 innovations by 1066 like the Sami or Permian.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Either start in 1066 and observe the number of innovations and era the tribal Guanche are in.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I've attached two images that details the copy-pasted nature of the Innovations from Baranis to Guanche in 1066.
