Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I received a letter: "to my vassal, I am claiming what I am owed"
The only problem is, I am nobody's vassal, I am an emperor. The letter is from myself, addressed to me. (And no, my character is not a lunatic, I am yet to break him that badly) The only option i can respond with is "as you demand" and it apparently has no effects.
This is on the previous patch as I am playing an old save and want to avoid the whole "no garrison" situation that exists right now, but I will post it here anyway in case it is useful.

I think I remember something about receiving a title revocation reason popping up on an alert banner at the top of the screen at the same time but it disappeared before I had time to read it since I was trying to make sense in my head of what the hell was going on with this letter at the time.
I have no further information as to what could possibly have lead to this. I didn't revoke any titles or make any vassal demands recently, modify contracts or anything of the sort. I haven't done much of anything for about an in game year except fighting a war against heathen tribes in the east and showing them the way to Christ by bashing their heads in.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
See above
I have attached a save game
