The levy reinforcement rate for my country states 43 per month however the levy actually only grows by 3-4 a month meaning the levy never replenishes and the more battles I fight the weaker I become with no hope of replenishing my army.Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I'm not sure as I have never had this happen before.Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I've tried switching the military advisor around and changing his role to make it recalculate that failed and it was still broken upon a succession.I have attached a save game
