Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
If you have angry peasants in your territories, they will address their grievances to your liege lord rather than to you. If your lord is distracted fighting wars, he will consistently give away all of your territories to the peasants rather than dealing with them or allowing the player to deal with them. This makes playing as someone's vassal nearly impossible.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play as a vassal of the HRE. Conquer territory. Watch your jerk emperor give it away. Rinse, repeat.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
This is a known behavior, it just needs to be fixed for human players as it makes playing the game stupendously frustrating as a vassal as literally everything you are working towards can be taken away from you with zero recourse other than to reconquer it and watch your emperor give it away again in a couple years.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please provide us with some more details about the situation, like the save file from right before it happened, what type of faction it was and which landed vassal leads it? That would help us a lot.

This was not a vassal faction, it was a populist faction. What happens is the AI populist faction presents its demands to your liege. The liege AI looks at his current state of affairs (fighting wars) and says screw it, you can have it, populists, and gives away all titles in the affected counties, including ones owned by human players. As it turns out the save file I have included is the best one I've got as I wasn't *expecting* it to happen so I don't have a save from right before it happened. It is very easy to replicate though, just play as Matilda of Tuscany, and conquer a few Northern Italian provinces that think of themselves as Bavarian or Cisalpine as opposed to Italian. They will form a faction and send demands to the HRE. If he is fighting wars (he usually is) he will just give away most of your counties to the peasants. This happened to me twice in about 15 years of play before I gave up and stopped playing.

This should give you multiple examples of people encountering this same issue. It is reddit so there is of course a lot of sarcasm and complaining but I didnt see anything especially abusive, FYI.

A number of the incidents seem to involve Matilda and the HRE but I'm not sure if that's just because shes one of the only 'suggested starts' who starts as a vassal.
