Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
the locking Ui does'nt work sometime expecially on the character screen when trying to lock the character info ui

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
go on scharacter ui tab, right click on the leff character, use middle mouse to lock tu ui, try to go on the locked ui and it will close instead of keep opened

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hi gekj,

I took a look at this and it appears to be related to the distance between the cursor and the tooltip. If you ensure the tooltip locks in position and then move quickly into the tooltip it works fine. But the speed at which this needs to happen makes it feel very inconsistent and erratic. I have entered it into our bug tracker and hopefully we can get this adjusted. In the meantime, just keep in mind that you may need to move the cursor faster based on the distance to the tooltip. You can also try the "Mouse Tendency" setting as it has had a few improvements recently and was much more consistent in my testing.
