Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Having both parents with the congenital Lunatic trait (a non-congenital one exists, but I made sure for both to be congenital) doesn't result in the child inheriting the Lunatic trait. The chance should be 100%, as indicated by the in-game tooltip, but out of my test 7 kids, none of them had the trait. I tested with both a male and female player character.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Create custom ruler with congenital Lunatic trait, find spouse with congenital Lunatic trait, make babies, be disappointed with the lack of lunacy.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The wiki says that Lunatic appears at age 16 - 30, so I waited until my child was 31 just to be sure in case it's inherited but latent. That wasn't the case. Didn't get the Lunatic trait by 31.
I'll attach a save file with my child as player character. His parents are lunatics (congenital)
