Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
While going through the files for a mod, i noticed that one of the swabian dynasties doesn't have quotation marks around. To be exact it is this one:
1062247 = {
prefix = "dynnp_von"
name = "dynn_Weinsberg"
culture = swabian
}

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
There is nothing to reproduce, just look in game files.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Not a bug. It has no effect. Quotation marks aren't necessary for the value to be valid. It is however useful if a value has two or more words in 'em such as "Welsh English" if it were a thing.

It's a remnant from the CK2 outdated database mess.

Hi Avald,

I took a look and this does not appear to be a bug, or at least a bug with any implications. However, for the sake of consistency I have noted this in our system for future improvement.
