Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I declared my vassal-cousin as head sacrifice in the grand blót. Afterwards i got an event complaining that he wasn't attending the Blót

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

One may also get the complaint if the person is in your prison and doesn't even have the choice to visit the blot.

Hi RoNPlayer,

Cheeky of him to tell you he's not coming after the fact...and from the grave. Definitely not how it should work so I've added it to our bug tracker. Thanks for the screenshot and report.
