Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Choosing to do human sacrifice in a Blot suggests prisoners could be used for human sacrifice. But that option never occurs.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Activate the Blot decision and choose a version with human sacrifice.

I have also noticed this. Not once have I been offered the option of sacrificing prisoners during Blot, despite numerous efforts.

You have to manually do it. Go to your prisoners page and right click on someone and you'll get the option to make them the main sacrifice.

Hello there!

We just investigated the issue internally and it turns out to be working as designed.

Once the event goes through the type of sacrifice you'd like to do, selecting any of the Human Sacrifice ones will allow you to right-click any prisoner you have and at the very bottom of the list there will be an option to Designate Chief Sacrifice - that's how you can officially sacrifice a human to the gods. A standard execute option will not work with the Blot.
