Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Just an overlook from the devs of Ruler Designer, I suspect. You can't choose a "Bastard Founder" trait while creating a custom ruler/dynasty. In fact, there is none in the list, although it's present in-game and can be obtained by a landed bastard character.

Therefore, your created character, if he has a bastard trait, is percieved as an illegimate member of his own house. Nothing major, but can you please add this trait to the list of possible to choose?

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Create a ruler, open the traits which are not related to education and personality.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
