Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
All characters are bald (in a new save, not outdated) and their hair cannot be changed (it does not show the hair option), ironman achievements are not available under any options (default included) with no mods active.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I tried to reinstall the game and even deleted the files in documents paradox folder..., nothing helped. The problem appeared with the update and release of the new content pack.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hi Naraus,

I looked at the save file you provided and I need a little more information before I can come to a conclusion.

1. Have you used or enabled any mods at any point in time? If so, which mods?
2. Do you have any "Launch options" enabled in steam? (right click the game in your library and click "Properties". Launch options are listed at the bottom in the text field)
3. Did you verify your game files after you re-installed the game?
4. Are all characters bald in every game you create or just this one?
5. Are achievements completely disabled for every save file (previous games included) or game that you create?

So far I have been unable to reproduce the baldness issue, but if there is a problem with your game files causing the baldness then this could be affecting your checksum; which in turn would disable achievements.

1. I don't have any mods enabled, and I didn't use any mods in the past.
2. I don't have any launch options enabled, the text field is empty.
3. I did, more than twice.
4. The characters are bald in every game, also in the menu. The hair just disappeared from the game...
5. Achievements are disabled for every game, I can't start an ironman default settings run with achievements on.

I have seen more people in the community with similiar problem. The new patch (1.3.1. ) did not fix it. I am going to send you some screenshots from the game.

edit : I just noticed, that is says "modified" in the menu, but I really don't have any mods enabled.

I know you have stated that you already reinstalled the game but all of the information so far is pointing to a corrupt or changed game file somewhere. Please follow the steps below and be sure to place your save games in a safe location while you do this.

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-CK3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/CK3 AND Documents/Paradox/CK3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add CK3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam CK3 or Documents CK3 locations, before installing again.

I found a weird CK III 111 Mb file in the steam files and deleted it when I was following your instructions. It fixed the problem, thank you for your support and time.
