Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As Sigurd Snake in the Eye I conquered Duchy of Neustria from West Francia.
A few months after signing peace I got declared on by Northmen Army in their conquest of Duchy of Neustria

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Conquer as many potential targets for Northmen Army as you can before it fires and see if it attacks you
I guess my case was just really bad luck since it was the first Northmen Army to fire I think

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
