Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In attached save, I have a prisoner that can be offered as concubine. Whenever I do it, despite the indication "will accept", nothing happens, and there's no message either about it. I can offer it infinitely without a cooldown, nothing happens.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
