Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When you raid foreign shores, for instance Ireland, the people you capture are from your own capital. Happened a few time, first one I though "well, it might be correct", but it pops up quite often (not sure if it is every time). As you can see from the screenshot, in this instance I raided Ennis, captures a prisoner. He is a lowborn, but claims to be from Oslo, my capital.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a raid, take prisoners

Hi Glorblach,

I took a look a this issue and was able to reproduce it whenever a commoner was taken prisoner. I have added it to our bug tracker for further review. Thanks for reporting this!
