Paradox Crash Reporter failed to upload the crash report.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Game crashed after clicking an event option. Paradox Crash Reporter appeared. I typed up a summary of what happened right before the crash. Tried to send the report. "Paradox Crash Reporter failed to upload the crash report."

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The crash report is 110.4 MB (seems fairly large, so maybe that's why?)
As for what caused the crash, here's what happened just beforehand:

First, there was a battle that was about to be lost (0 vs 16000, or something like that) whose battle screen was up at the bottom of the screen.
Next, I'd gotten a court event after employing a Court Artificer, so I went into my court to read the event, which was a courtier complaining about the artificer being employed.
I had the option to employ the whiner as a bodyguard, so I clicked on his portrait to pull up his character screen and saw he had something like 18 prowess, so I decided to make him a bodyguard.
After clicking the event option to make him a bodyguard, the game froze, then crashed.
If I had to guess, it had to do with having a battle tab, a character portrait, and a court event all open at the same time.

Zipped file was a folder that was added to Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/crashes today, which I assume is the crash report since it's also the listed size.

Everything mentioned here has been happening to me. I mean absolutely identical plus I seem to get kicked the game as soon as I click 'Create a new character' on the bottom left. have you had any luck? as since Royal Courts release I cannot play the game at all. {Torture lol!} any news / advice that has helped you please help me out. cannot even send crash report

Well, not identical at all. My crash was triggered after playing for several centuries, while it sounds like you're having issues starting a new campaign. I've also played a whole other campaign since then with no crashes, and I haven't done anything different.

Sure, the fact that the crash reporter not working is probably the same, but the main issue that triggers your crash sounds completely different from mine.

Sorry did not go into much detail earlier, but I have clocked up nearly 600 play time hrs playing multiple centuries also. I understand late game lags and basic instances for crashes but never like this. I am lucky to have a great machine with high specs along with having no Mods installed and as mentioned all started since purchasing Royal Court.

I had the same issue on macOS. After a crash, the Parodox launcher wasn't able to upload the report.

Same here, but my crash occurs when I try to resume my game. My crash report is about 72MB.

after all these years... and the bug still endure and survive. I have it too. I really hate it.

Came to post this; I have never been able to submit a crash report because they all "Failed to upload the crash report".

There must be a simple fix to this crash reporter failing to upload, why have they not responded to this thread?

I have been playing for a long time, and my game just keeps crashing after I load into it and start.
I even tried to go back and play from an earlier auto save, but it just keeps crashing after a while regardless.

I added 4 crash files to this message.

The crash is reproduceable on my stationary PC with the save file.
Attack holy war for duchy, raise men at arms and give a move order, crash roughly on month tick.
