Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The event "Toledo Nights" adds a county modifier called "Priesthood Slaughtered" for -5 popular opinion. However, it has no duration, so the modifier remains a permanent malus to popular opionion for the countyeven if the county changes realm and the perpetrator is long dead.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Triggered by the "Toledo Nights" event and is applied to all counties in realm that follows the victim's faith.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
The event script in fp2_james.txt that sets the fp2_toledo_nights_fallout_modifier forgot to set a duration, unlike the related fp2_toledo_nights_modifier which was given a ten year duration
