Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Rulers start with 0 base stats, 0 prowess, 0 diplomacy, etc...

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
try to create a ruler when game loads base stast are set at 0

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
give genius, sayidd and pure blood? set the base stats to get to 400. you start the game with 0 base on all stats

876 start. and age, i think is the age the problem, no matter what age i put it it resets to all 0 at age 0.

I now noticed that base stats are random and not the ones i used on the ruler designer, in fact it goes closer to 0 when age 0 and increases as i make it older, but it wont be the ones i set.
