It doesn't work only with version 1.1.1 save. I still able to load the previous version games

At least let us buy the DLC, what the hell is this? My ironman ”mother of us all” run just died because I dared to click a close window cross twice in a row. Maybe give us EU4's backup save system. That'd help immensely.
 
Hello all, I have a solution for you. You have to OPEN A TICKET in the Support Page and tell them about this DLC issue. If you also have the problem with Fashion of the Abbasid Court, tell them. Within a few hours, they will email you two codes to redeem in Steam and voilà, problem solved. Hope it helps!

Something definitely broke with the latest release. I submitted a ticket too. I resumed a game I didn't touch for 3 months. It worked fine inititally. I decided to start a new one. Then looking back I noticed all my previous saves broke. The new save however works just fine and has Garments of The Holy Roman Empire working just fine.

I used to be able to clear it by restarts, fiddling with mods, DLCs, but this time all the saves stay broken. I am also getting that DLC ownership issue. This issue has been out since launch and I am really surprised it hasn't been fixed.

EDIT: After generating a ticket, they reissued the key and it now works fine.
