Seduced 12 characters with a single character, still haven't gotten achievement

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Did this twice, once as Alfonso VI of Leon, once as a custom Burmese ruler. Didn't get the achievement either time

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Any update on this bug, I'm trying to get 100% achievement but this one is bugged for me as well.

I have the same "summary" as OP, but my pain is 11 by now

Edit: nevermind, this achievement triggered when I have 13 lovers
