Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Some words are missing in notification and message windows. Others are duplicated.

(Maybe you could make a pinned post about localization issues, just like in Imperator: Rome forum, so I don't have to post them individually)

EDIT: Added another picture of genders not matching in a letter ("sensata señor").

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just wait until some messages show up.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
