Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The text on the floating tooltips that explain the success chance modificators on any scheme is lost in spanish. This happens in all schemes that I've tried (murder, seduce, etc.)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Set the game into spanish, try a scheme on any character and put the mouse pointer over the success chance % for making the tooltip appears.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Do you have any idea why other translation bugs have been solved but not this one?
