Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Spouses wear their own culture's cloaks and not the cloaks of their spouse's culture. E.g. a Norse lady might wear a Norse cloak despite being married to a French duke. It ends up mixing western clothing with Norse cloaks. It's likely a check for cloaks is missing.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start in 1066, select Malcolm of Scotland in the Fate of England bookmark. See spouse.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
There might be a trigger or check that is missing for cloaks where there might be for clothing and headgear.
