Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As a modder, I check the error logs verify everything is okay. I noticed that, without any mods even enabled, the log is getting filled with the same two entries as you navigate around the ruler designer. This just makes it a pain to clean up the error logs as you diagnose errors with larger mods but so far I've not seen any gameplay elements that are affected.

Note that this gets duplicated a number of times.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Go into the game and attempt to create a custom ruler. The minute the ruler designer opens, these errors will start going into the log.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
