Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
It's as minor as it gets, really, but I might as well report. Basically the "celebration in XXX" event during a murder scheme says that the home province of the target is the player's/schemer's home province. It has happened twice in my playthrough on different targets.
In the picture, and independent ruler from a different realm (Khazaria, Empire Tier) is appears as if he was from Karatayak, a county in the player's independent realm (Khopyor, Duchy tier). Khopyor and its capital Karatayak have been independent for about 100 years at this point in the game, murder scheme was never born there.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I believe this event, "celebration in XXXXX" is not tied to the murder's target home province, but the player's.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
