Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The county of Sankt Gallen is a bishopric, but it's history file is the list of Counts of Dillingen - a castle which is not even in the Sankt Gallen county, it's represented as the Barony of Dillingen in the County of Nordlingen. Somehow, the count list was accidentally assigned to the Sankt Gallen bishopric. The result is that all the bishops are married and have children.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Counts_of_Dillingen which matches the characters assigned as bishops of Sankt Gallen in game. If it's desired to have this family as landholders, they should hold Nordlingen (as that's where Dillingen is), although at game start the Dillingen barony is empty. Sankt Gallen itself is merely an Abbey, but at the county level is probably best represented by the Bishops of Konstanz: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince-Bishopric_of_Constance
