Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I started a new game. A new NPC has offered to join my court. Her model looks strange because of the clothes that look like a bag, and not worn on the character. After my consent, she joined my court and changed into normal clothes.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
The bug appeared once. I think we need a proposal to join a new NPC to the court
