Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I can play the game for maybe 30 minutes and then I get "CK3 not responding" then it forces it to close. Also it takes 2-3 minutes to load and during that time it moves from not responding to being responsive. this is the same on unmodded as well as modded saves

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

That was literally 49 mins ago and it already crashed. Nice clean Ironman save for you all to look at as well. Please help me. Love the game and this sucks all the fun out of it
