Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am trying for the achievement 'The True Royal Court'. As a vasal (King of Hellas and Krete) in de Byzantine Empire I have created the grandest of courts, as can be seen from the screenshot. The Achievement however, will not 'fire'.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Choose or create a kingdom tier vasal in the Byzantine Empire and achieve the highest court Grandeur in the world.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
