Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Under the councilor task manage royal guards, the current enemy hostile sheme success chance is displayed as +something% instead of -something%. Sure hope this is just a typo and doesnt increase the hostile success chance.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Set the councilor to manage royal guard.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
