The event that splits Visigoth culture does not include Galician culture, making the player and their counties Castilian.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play as a Christian Visigoth in the Galician region in Iberia until the Visigoth split event fires.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
