Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I challenged a foreign ruler to a duel with the Wrathful trait. I did not unpause the game after winning the duel. I then started an invasion war against that same ruler. The moment I unpaused the game he was imprisoned as a result of the duel, immediately capping out the war score.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1) Challenge a foreign ruler to a duel via Wrathful
2) Win the duel and keep the game paused
3) Declare war on that same ruler
4) Imprisonment goes through resulting in a maxed out War Score

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Shortly before challenging the foreign ruler to the duel and subsequent war, they had lost a war in which they attacked me. I believe this is what gave me the ability to challenge them to the duel. The actual bug here seems to be allowing Wrathful characters to punish criminals that are not in their realm.

The punish criminal interaction was not an option prior to him declaring war on me.

The last screen shot, the ruler has the adulterer trait, making him a criminal to my religion.
