Simple question; I'm new, interested in this mod, hello! Anyone can give me a list of mods that work with CK+? Things add flavor to the game, mechanics, story, etc. Compatible stuff.

There's not going to be much that adds flavour/story/mechanics/etc since the mod already does a good job of overhauling those. Rex Teutonicorum is one that overhauls the HRE further but it may not be up to date yet. The other compatible mods I can think of are all graphics related.
 
- Try the Great Merchant League and the New Chivalry Society mods. The author of made sure to make them compatible with Plus.
- Better Looking Garbs and Cultural Cities are my go to graphical mods for Plus.
- Rex Teutonicorum is a most submod if you ask me.
- Also Historical Events Pack adds nice events which seem compatible with plus (such as the fourth crusades, etc.).

Plus is already a huge mod and it really doesn't play nice with other mods due to its size and complexity. They accept suggestions though! Visit the Suggestions thread to leave one and they usually reply soonish™ with a direct yes or no.

Historical Events Pack actually isn't compatible, as it edits some of the same files (the big one being the cb file)

The thing is, "I didn't encounter problems" is not the same as "there are no problems".
Just because you don't see them or they don't affect you yet, doesn't mean they can't be there (but good that you already accept that possibility).
And even I, with my limited modding knowledge can tell you that @Omniscient is right, and the mod is incompatible.
Also, culturally different cities might be already incorporated into CK2+, if that is the 3D model thingy.

But as far as suggested submods go, i would agree with you: Anything by Maal (Great Trade League, Chivalry Orders), Rex Teutonoricum and a portrait mod.
I personally prefer CPRplus over BLG, but taste differs.

The other thing you'll probably want to be aware of is whether submods (or CK2+ compatible mods) are compatible with each other, if you're using multiple.
 
Maals mod is sick. Great Trade League, the chivalry submod is the real star imo/ Also lordpeter is working on something more on the econ side, probably more akin to L3T. It wont be finished anytime soon though

I just use some graphical enhancments. CPR+, LMT's map textures and Mason's HD Coat of Arms.

Same here, best way to keep stability.

-Rex Teutonicorum (Looks like this one isn't compatible right now due to the update)

-The Orders of Chivalry
-Theatrum Orbis Terrarum
-Unique Buildings for CK2plus
-Your Personal Castle
-No artifact losing

(I have being using these mods for months I have never experienced any issues, however as a user said before, there might be bugs I haven't noticed)

- Interface: Stellaris Colors
- Patrum Scuta CK2+
- The Great Trade League
- Theatrum Orbis Terrarum
- Tooltip: Century Gothic Bold 18
- Velvet Tooltip

Most of these are graphical and font-related mods with a few others thrown in, like the The Great Trade League and Cultural Bonuses. As you can tell, I don't use many and I haven't noticed any problems with any of them. So far I've not seen a need for anything else.
 
I recommend my own mod. It's Aliyah (The Return) which focuses exclusively on Jewish characters. I just released the first beta in 2 years since it's last release. I hope you enjoy it. :)

Those should indeed all be fine.
They are either actively made compatible or just graphical, so the chances that you would find major issues are very slim.

If you have Reaper's Due, have you noticed the bug with the epidemic clouds when using Theatrum? Or do you know of a workaround/fix for it? I love that mod's style but the bright white clouds which sometimes flicker when zooming are very distracting.
