Ck2 Crash - Blue Screen - Midgame only game this happens in

Hey,

I´ve picked up CK2 again with Holy Fury.
I played some Multiplayer with friends and it worked well.
-
But today i had multiple Crashes/ Blue Screens when playing the game alone.
I´m not sure if it was connected to clicking anything specific.
I tried other games i play atm which seemed fine, only ck2 is crashing my pc.

I looked for some fixes and did the following already.
Check Nvidia Drivers, they are up to date.
Check hardware drivers in the device manager.
Nothing new had been found.
Restart the PC.

The crash still happened.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .


Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU)
1/ before starting the game up and
2/ after say 30 minutes' play.
If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, install
SPEEDFAN http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
