CK2 Has Stopped Working - Crash on Realm "vassal" screen

I had this issue in the Demo and it persists at release. I get random crashes whenever I try to look at the Realm "vassal" screen that shows all the various vassals and how they're linked in its own pop-up window. It doesn't happen every time but seems more likely to occur after there's been a change, addition, etc. On the other hand, that's when I am most likely to look at the screen. I can't reproduce on command but perhaps granting your heir a title and then checking the screen can reproduce it. Nothing in the logfiles of any note.

I've had a similar issue. Two CTDs to date while having a look at the Realm screen. Nothing obvious is causing it, there's no error message and I can't even find the logs. It's hardly a game-breaking issue - for me at least, it's an infrequent inconvenience. But an inconvenience nonetheless.
