When I accidentaly click some buttons or I just get out of where I can see the lobbies my Multiplayer button becomes grey and when I put the cursor it says is corrupted.

This is not a bug but by design. This is to force you to exit and restart the game, which refreshes game memory and MP connections, for greater stability.
