Whenever I try to load a save made after 1500 EU4 crashes, but any save before it works. I think it's the converter because it only seems to be happening with it's saves. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to use a fresh converter, and reconvert from scratch I'm afraid. Unless you already did so, but I can't tell as you didn't upload log.txt.

Hello.
After the conversion, China has No Ruler, although there should be a ruler of my religion and dynasty.
I've found out that the problem with the ruler of China only occurs with a static start date of 1444, and that any tributaries are not transferкed from CK2. With a dynamic converter date, the correct ruler of China is transferred, as well as tributaries. But the problem with the dynamic date is that the institution of the Renaissance is accepted by literally everyone on Earth, even Americans. And it's horrible. So bad that it prevents me from using a dynamic date.
CK2 save and Log text included in the archive.
Forgot to mention about using some mods, most of them are minor and do not affect either the map or the cultures and other important parts of the game. The largest of them is Performance & Authenticity [by Trexeth].

Thank you for the reports.

If you use historical institutions then it's fine:

Dynamic institutions were intended only for pre-1444 conversion dates. That said, we've fixed it for the future.

Now, as far as China issues, that's also been resolved and the patch will go live in next converter update. In the meantime here's your mod. You'll need 1.33.1 (beta) to run it.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I'm playing on 1.30.6 because I don't really like Europe post-1.31, so I would like to ask if the next converter update will be compatible with 1.30.6?

No. CK* converters are never backwards compatible since that's incredibly difficult to do. Either use some of our older converters designed for 1.30, or the official one which was never updated past 1.30.

FOR CK2 [3.3] AND EU4 [1.33]

CK2ToEU4, 1.0 Isauros

Still Kicking Release

This is relatively small release, since we're basically only maintaining compatibility with incoming Imperator saves and EU4 updates. Some fixes, some new cultures, and a ton of syncing with EU4. If you see bugs, let us know.

Hotfixes

  • Fixes to script issues that caused EU4 CTD on game load.

Coldfixes

  • China can now have Empresses as well as Emperors upon conversion.
  • All Monuments work if date is < 1444.
  • Default wars now blanked so they don't show on eu4 start.
  • Fixes to out-of-scope tributaries and history entires (eg. china) for game starts post 1444.
  • Fixed history for renaissance for dynamic institutions so it's historical (relevant for post 1450 conversions)

Enhancements

  • All monuments synced with EU4 1.32 and 1.33.
  • Culture break-ups for Aztec Invaders.
  • Small loc fix for the modifier pertaining to reformed pagan faiths.
  • Added new cultures from the IR to CK2 divergence events, such as Eifrican and Aestian

Shuffles

  • Pechenegs now go to PTZ.
  • Fixes to norman/normand/normand_norse culture confusion.

very quick release.i have updated to this version but every time i load the convetrer i get a message telling me there is an update (which i have already updated to).
It updates whenever we push new stuff. I just pushed new stuff.

Monuments in my saves are not converted with the full set of upgrade buffs from all 8 filled feature slots. They only receive some of the feature buffs. For example, a Great Library in CK2 with both a Library Retinue and an Architecture Wing is, in EU4, providing -15% build cost (from the architecture wing) but not +5% discipline (from the retinue). Is this WAD, and if so what are the rules for which features are kept/dropped?

That's WAD, of course. First 4 or so are converted, others are dropped.

Can you be more specific? They ones chosen aren't converted based only on build order, nor are they necessarily limited to four. I want to be able to plan for which features will be converted in future games.
Also, if limiting the number of converted features was an attempt to make monuments less OP... I don't think it worked lol
