After the latest patch there's a problem with christian great cathedrals. I'm playing orthodox christians, the province is also orthodox, but the great cathedral is not active.

Hey ! I convert a game with my friends and I'm playing the empire of Iceland, I once converted the game before when I was a kingdom and I found that all norvegian cultures were converted as islandic, etc... and it was dope. But this time, I do not have the ideas, norwegian culture remains and my tag is not ICE but Z01. I tried to put
"link = { ck2 = k_iceland eu4 = ICE }
link = { ck2 = e_iceland eu4 = ICE }
(even link = { ck2 = e_island eu4 = ICE }"

but it didn't solve anything, do you have any clue for me ? (I'm sorry i begin in converting games :/ )

thanks a lot for reading

There is no such thing as kingdom or empire iceland, at least not in vanilla. If you formed those, you made a custom kingdom and empire. That means in the save itself it's probably named something like e_dyn_<somenumber>. You'd need to open up the save, try to find your ruler and see what's the title you're actually ruling.
And then do what you tried above,
link = { ck2 = e_dyn_<something> eu4 = ICE }

Alternatively, use some mass-file search/replace to replace every Z01 in the existing mod with ICE.

It's a small thing, but the converter places the Coptic and Assyrian Cultures into the Caucasian culture group. I can understand the argument for placing them in the Byzantine group or the Levantine group, but it feels like a very odd choice to have the Egyptian Coptic culture be part of the Caucasian culture group.

Thanks again for all your work on this converter as well. Is there a way to edit the mod on my end to move Coptic and Assyrian to the Byzantine group?

It's trivial. Edit mod's common/cultures/!.expanded_culture_groups.txt and move the coptic group to wherever you desire.

you have converter on ck2 version 3.2?
No. Version 3.3.5.1 is the latest ever released and it's what we currently support. I suggest you get this version of the game since it's not updated any more and won't ever be altered again.

Version 3.2 of CK2 was released in 2019. We published our first CK2toEU4 converter in 2020, and already then it required version 3.3 and EU4 version 1.29.

I'm seeing an interesting issue with my current test conversions. I know support for CK2-EU4 is winding down but I would appreciate any assistance provided.

The most important issue is that all my religious great works don't recognize that my country and provinces have the correct religion in order to be active (I play as Collconae in the game, I have a stone circle in Zeeland, and a temple in Paderborn off the top of my head). It's fixable with a little bit of editing on my part but I'm curious as to what's causing it.

Of lesser importance is that some great works don't get ported into EU4, but I would assume that's an issue with how provinces and their associated great works are mapped.

Lastly, while my empire is almost entirely Norse culture, in EU4 they end up being the default culture for their region instead of Norse, I don't know if that's intended behavior or not.

I play with the following mods for reference:
HIP
HIP - More Bloodlines
Larger Artifacts Menu
WOWAG's More Artifacts Bloodlines with HIP
More Commanders
Shatter the Realm CB
The Great Trade League
The Orders of Chivalry
The Sufi Schools

I've attached the save I'm converting and the log from the converter, I could not find an error log.

Sorry for not responding sooner. We really didn't do any serious work on this converter to make vanilla great works compatible with anything custom in particular. But from what I gather your great works are imported ones? I don't think we put any specific limits on cultures or religions for imported stuff.

In any case, easiest fix is to edit them manually and drop all requirements. I don't plan to do fixing for this as this converter is on maintenance only.

Is HIP + SWMH supported nowadays?
Yeah, should still be. AFAIK HIP + SWMH haven't been updated in years so nothing should have changed.
