I believe that may have been a deliberate design decision since heresies have such low MA that the AI was constantly taking the decision. Thanks for the report. It'll probably stay as-is for now. We'll get to ironing things like that out closer to release.A long time ago I posted about heretics not being able to start the event chain to seek ancient knowledge (scholarship focus) and you removed the "heretic = no" requierement. Now I see that while heretics may get the events, they can't still take the decision to actually convert because the decisions (go_pagan_(religion)) still have the "heretic = no" condition.
