In common\landed_titles\01_religion_heads.txt, you can delete all lines that say "holy_order = yes", to fix it. I should perhaps prepare another unofficial bugfix.

Because, for some reason, the papal succession wasn't working correctly when it was left as a theocracy. One of the many reasons the mod had to be re-written.
it crashes a lot for me, will try a fresh install, i love this mod to much so i dont care about the downloading time
Thanks very much for the reply. Right now the Pope is just some dude in Rome with a tunic who doesn't even have any kind of fancy hat. Kinda breaks immersion.
Doesn't the Teutonic knights leader in base game have a custom helmet? Could you just edit the Pope like this so he has a crown or something? Lol idk.

Hey quick qustion from the 1066 startdate forward Trondheim is under danish controll is this a common glitch in the beta or just my game?
Using the latest beta patch, it seems everyone in feudal Europe at least is using agnatic elective. Ik its a beta patch, but just letting yall know.
