I'm also getting the Trojan:Win32/Fuery.A!cl alert by Windows Defender.

I'm going to be very cross with you if you suddenly turned evil and included malware in your mod.
 
the *really* funny thing is that I tested this on a very high security corporate PC, and nothing over there complained. But yeah... windows defender :D

Edit: Okay, the installer might not work. But you can always use the .zip version, that is the manual installation. To my knowledge, that should also work on Mac.

I'm actually having a spot of bother. I turned it on, it was in the mods section of the CK II Launcher, but it isn't actually on. As in it's not working.

There are instructions on how to properly install in the opening post. Saddly, that's as much as support as can be given, since no one on the team has a mac.

I'd say yes, because the map still touches the eastern border of the map, and thus china could interact with the Nomads. And China expanding beyond the Indian subcontinent would be highly improbable, so you could simply ignore the southern part. Plus, since it's only an off-map entity I assume it does not really affect performance.
However, I would say Tibet should be included only in the India submod. Interactivity with Tibet is just not worth it if its an area that is cut off from everything, and can only interact with the Tarim Basin, and not to the south towards India. And I assume most people that don't care about India also don't care about Tibet, and Tibet also decreases performance with all the new provinces added.
That being said, of course I am going to play with India enabled myself, so I'm only guessing what people that have it enabled would like ^^

But really sounds more like you're up to something sneaky again... we'll see.

While we're at map modding (and I assume you will need to do at least a bit when JD launches, for compatching) - could you maybe take a look at my suggestion over at the 'proper thread'?
I don't want to pressure you into doing anything, but only one of your team has rated the post yet (yes I am this obsessed with stalking you), and really I'd only like an answer. Because if you say "no, definitely not", then I'll just have to learn map modding myself, make a tiny map modification and bundle it randomly with every submod I make, so that you get drowned in confused people with bizarre map issues you'll never be able to figure out... ( - did that just sound like a threat? Silly me, I really need to pretend to be more polite. Also, I need better threats.)
Yet if you say "yes" or "maybe", I could post more related suggestions, or if you wished I could also let the issue rest for a while.

ADDITIONS:
  • Fort building "Ditch" (Basic, Upgraded, Advanced) - increases fort level.
  • Fort building "Tower" (Basic, Upgraded, Advanced) - provides archers for forts.
  • Fort building "Command Post" - gives one additional commander slot and some other benefits. Requires all level 2 fort upgrades.
  • Spanish translation for Bookmarks (by tahlaskerssen).
  • Option to improve education added to reeducation event chain.

TWEAKS:
  • Trade HQ modifier now lists in the province modifier description what HQ is built there.
  • Forts will no longer be consumed when creating a new holding.
  • Advanced and Superior forts provide higher infantry defensive capability and morale.
  • Reduced disease levy impact by half. NOTE: the plague still has an impact of 125%
  • AI will no longer press claims for dynasty members unless they have a really high opinion of them.
  • Vassals can request council position only if they haven't done it before, or if five year have passed since the last time they've made a request.
  • Paranoid characters are only twice as likely (previously 10 times) to go into seclussion.
  • Going into seclussion for legitimate reasons will no longer result with an opinion penalty.
  • "See the Realm Prosper" and "Reign in Peace for 10 years" ambition will result with reduced threat level.
  • Italian cultural empires require control of the entire cultural region or the correct culture (e.g. Umbrian for Umbrian Empire).

FIXES:
  • Incorrect localisation for Trade HQ event.
  • Female relatives asking for a spot on the council that is already taken while on lifetime appointment.
  • Missing "dismiss" option in "female councilor appears" event chain.
  • Druze getting the hafiz event.
  • Mutazilite/Ashari traits being given to non-Sunni-or-heretic characters.
  • Visigothic/Suebi characters forced to culture flip to Iberian cultures.
  • Apostolic Monastic order not available to Paulicians if they stop being a heresy.
